4. Project Purchases

When you purchase a project:

Non-exclusive, non-transferable license

Projects are for educational reference

You may modify source code for academic use

No redistribution or resale allowed

All purchases final unless defective

5. Pricing and Payments

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices anytime. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party gateways.

6. Intellectual Property

All project materials — source code, documentation, designs, and content — are the intellectual property of CodeSelf Infotech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Refund Policy

Refunds are considered case-by-case. Please refer to our Refund Policypage. Generally, refunds may be issued if project material doesn't match described specifications.

8. Limitation of Liability

CodeSelf Projectsshall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Projects are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for illegal purposes
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Interfere with Platform or servers
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harass or harm other users

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access anytime, without prior notice, for violation of these Terms or at our discretion.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use constitutes acceptance of new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
