- Providing accurate and complete registration information
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account use
4. Project Purchases
When you purchase a project:
- You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the project materials
- Projects are for educational and reference purposes
- You may modify the source code for your academic project
- You may not redistribute, resell, or claim the project as your original work
- All purchases are final unless the project is found to be defective
5. Pricing and Payments
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. We reserve the right to modify prices at any time. Payment processing is handled through secure third-party payment gateways.
6. Intellectual Property
All project materials, including source code, documentation, designs, and content available on the Platform, are the intellectual property of CodeSelf Infotech unless otherwise stated. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
7. Refund Policy
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Please refer to our Refund Policy page for detailed information. Generally, refunds may be issued if the project material does not match the described specifications.
8. Limitation of Liability
CodeSelf Projects shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Platform. Projects are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
9. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
- Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code
- Harass, abuse, or harm other users
