The Interview Preparation Hub is a MERN Stack project that combines Resume upload and Employer dashboard, built with React. Traditional offline and manual processes for this task are slow, limited to one place, and hard to scale. Without a full stack web approach built on Employer dashboard and React, users cannot access, manage, and share data easily from any device, and there is no centralized way to run the workflow.
